Beatriz Cerbino

Is Professor at Universidade Federal Fluminense/UFFin the undergraduate course of Cultural Production and in the GraduateProgram of Contemporary Studies of Arts/PPGCA. Holds a Ph.D. degree in History/UFF with doctoral internship at New York University/Tisch School.

Develops research in the areas of criticism,authorship, image, history and memory of dance,with books and texts published on these topics. Acted as dramaturg at Esther Weitzman Dance Company from 2005 to 2009 in the choreographies Por minha parte, Territórios, O que imagino sobre a morte e Presenças no tempo.
